The School of Human Resource Management at XIM University successfully conducted the Immersion Course on Knowledge Management & Learning & Development on 22nd and 23rd November 2024. The event was held offline at the International Center, XIM University (New Campus), Odisha, and was attended by students from the MBA-HRM Batch 2023-25. The course was facilitated by Dr. Sunil Jajit, Head of Learning & Development at Titan Company Limited, and Mr. Sreejith Nair, L&D Manager at Tanishq. The course aimed to provide students with a deep understanding of Knowledge Management (KM) and Learning & Development (L&D) and their impact on organizational growth.

Cybersecurity Immersion Course : 21st and 22nd November 2024
The Cybersecurity Immersion Course was conducted on 21st and 22nd November 2024 at the International Center, XIM University (New Campus), Odisha. The offline event was attended by students from the MBA-HRM Batch 2023-25 and was led by Group Captain Ashok Kumar (Retd.), an expert in cybersecurity.
