Prof. Andrew Dutta
An academician since the last 23 years, and Dean of this school, his contributions to the field of management education was recognized in the World Education Congress 2024 wherein he was awarded the prestigious Y.K. Bhushan Most Influential Professor citation.
Prof. Mousumi Padhi
1. Prof Mousumi Padhi co-authored a paper on Implementation of Spontaneous Policies: Grudging implementers and Long-term Hope that was accepted and presented at 84th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management August 2024 in Chicago, Illinois.
2. Prof Subhra Pattnaik, and Prof Mousumi Padhi received the Best paper award for their paper on “Multi-level Issues in Assessment Centres in Indian Context”, at the International Conference on Global Trends in Business Practices and Management Education , Organized by Birla Global University and University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in January , 2020.
3. Prof Mousumi Padhi co-authored a paper on the “ The Hijras of Odisha, : A study of self-identity of the eunuchs and their identification with stereotypical feminine roles” that received the certificate of best-presentation at the International Conference on Bio-ethics, Sexuality and Gender Identity 2018 conducted by WASET at Paris, in May 2018.
Prof. Suchitra Pal
The Odisha Government nominated Prof. Suchitra Pal as independent director of OPGC May 2023. This achievement is possible after working 14 years as a consultant from XIM University for recruitment and training of the different power generation and distribution companies like NTPC, Powergrid corporation limited, Odisha Coal and Power limited (OCPL), Odisha Power generation corporations (OPGC), and Tata Power.

2. Presented a paper in an International Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility, titled “Personality Predictors of Social Anxiety: Psychological Facilitator and Barrier in Potential CSR Service Providers”,Best Paper Award,at Park Rotana, Abu Dhabi,UAE from Nov 21-24,2017.
Prof. Lalatendu Keshari Jena
1. Received Best Research Paper Award for the empirical paper titled “Effect of Work-life Balance on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Role of Organizational Commitment”, presented in the track “Leveraging Human Resource in Current Business Environment” at the International Business Research Conference held at International Management Institute (IMI), India (2014).
2. Sponsored by Indian Council for Social Science Research (ICSSR) to present a research paper at the 31st International Congress of Psychology, Yokohama, Japan (2016).
3. Received Best Research Paper Award for the empirical paper titled “Role of Psychological Contract between Organisational Commitment and Employee Retention: Findings from Indian Manufacturing Industries” at the International Conference on Organization and Management in Abu Dhabi, UAE (2016).
