KSHITIJ 20th August, 2016

The annual HR business conclave ‘Kshitij’ was held on 20th August, 2016 by XIMAHR, the HR association of Xavier University, Bhubaneswar. The conclave had a Panel discussion on the topic ‘Innovative practices in HR – Challenging the Status Quo’. The panel members were – Mr. Satyadeep Mishra (Head of HR- Digital Services at Reliance Jio); Mr. Suresh Pugalenthi (Head – Organization Development, HPCL) and Mr. Prasad Balkundi (Associate Professor, University of Buffalo); moderator was Dr. Sasmit Patra, School of HR, Xavier University, Bhubaneswar.
