Kshitij 2023

School of HRM is conducting its annual HR conclave – Kshitij 2023 on 18 November 2023 in association with XIMAHR, the HR association of XIM University and NHRDN Bhubaneswar Chapter. This year, the event revolves round the theme – “Navigating Business Dynamism: What Role does HR Play?” The event comprises launch of our annual HR magazine – HRXpert, enriching panel discussion with industry stalwarts and a national level B-school case competition which has attracted 1000+ participants from across 30 B-schools in India this year and has exciting cash awards of 1.5 lakhs rupees.
