Our alumnus Mr. Magesh S, CHRO, Assurant for conducting sessions on International compensation and structures of global MNCs for the second year students of MBA – HRM , School of HRM, XIM University. The workshop was conducted on 14 September 2024 and was a part of the International HRM elective facilitated by Dr. Subhra Pattnaik.
