On 1st December 2018, Mr. Richard Lobo, Senior Vice President at Infosys India Ltd. and an alumnus of the 1996 batch of XIMB, spoke to students on the very topical theme of ‘Digital & the Future of HR’. Mr. Lobo discussed digitization to customize training modules, creating an engaging workplace, and using social media platform for building informal employee networks. With extremely relevant questions coming from School of HR students, the session was engrossing and provided enriching insights to participants.
