Kshitij '18 : August 26th, 2018
Kshitij 2018, the most prestigious student driven HR conclave of India was organized by Xavier School of Human Resource Management, Xavier University Bhubaneswar on 26th August, 2018. It kicked off with the eminent speakers and the esteemed faculty members lighting the lamp of knowledge and wisdom and invoking the blessings of goddess Saraswati.

XAHR Conference on "Rethinking People Management" : February 3rd – 4th, 2017
The 2nd national conference on the theme ‘RETHINKING PEOPLE MANAGEMENT’ organised by Xavier School of Human Resource Management (XAHR), took place on February 3rd & 4th, 2017 at XIMB Auditorium. The conference was held in collaboration with the National HRD Network, Bhubaneswar chapter. The conference began with a Pre-conference workshop on Structural Equation Modeling for Behavioural Research, held on 2nd February 2017 at XIMB campus.
National Conference on " Make-in-India Intitiatives and Changing Paradigms of Industrial Relations " : 4th - 5th December ‘15
National Conference on ” Make-in-India Intitiatives and Changing Paradigms of Industrial Relations ” was held from 4th – 5th December ‘15. The National Conference was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Justice Shri Gopal Ballav Patnaik, former Chief Justice of India on Dec 4th at the XIMB auditorium and delivered the Inaugural keynote address.
HR Business Conclave Kshitij on "Emerging trends in Recruitment" : 6th September ‘15
XIMAHR – The HR Association of XUB successfully conducted the annual HR business conclave ‘Kshitij’ on 6 September, 2015 which focused on the topic ‘Emerging trends in Recruitment’. It addressed recruitment related issues and potential areas by promoting a discussion forum for interaction between HR leaders and HR students who will step into industry in next couple of years.
