The Career Advisory Services of the School of Human Resource Management, XIM University, hosted InfleXtion 2026 – the HR Conclave on 3rd September 2026 at the Mini Auditorium, XIM University, Bhubaneswar on the theme “Where Ideas Inflect. Futures Emerge”, the conclave brought together distinguished industry leaders and aimed to create a platform for diverse perspectives, meaningful industry-academia engagement, and conversations that help students better understand the changing realities and future possibilities of the HR profession.
The conclave featured two engaging panel discussions exploring critical questions shaping the future of HR: “Building Trust in Algorithmic Decisions,” which examined the growing role of technology and algorithms in workplace decision-making, and “Generalist vs Specialist Path in HR,” which explored evolving career trajectories and capabilities within the HR profession.
The event also featured Beyond InfleXtion, an experiential case engagement designed to encourage students to apply their learning to contemporary HR challenges.
