The first-year students at the School of Human Resource Management had the unique opportunity to interact with and learn from., as part of their Orientation Program.
With decades of experience and deep insights into the evolving landscape of work, Mr. Sharma delivered a compelling talk on “The New Face of HR: Evolving Roles in a Changing Workplace.” He emphasized how the HR function is no longer confined to traditional roles but is now at the forefront of business transformation—driving change, shaping culture, and building agile, inclusive organizations.
It was a happy moment for us to have with us our very own alumnus – Mr. Yuvraj Sahoo, who is a part of Glenmark now and works closely with Mr. Vishal.
